By accessing Canopy Critters (canopycritters.co.uk) or visiting our location at Regent's Canal, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Canopy Critters and you in relation to this website and any animal or supply purchase.

At Canopy Critters, animal welfare is our highest priority. All exotic animals sold are checked for health by our specialists. We provide a 48-hour health guarantee for most species, provided the animal is kept in a habitat designed and approved by our team.

• Proof of setup: We reserve the right to refuse sale if the buyer cannot demonstrate a suitable habitat.
• No returns: Due to the stress of transport and risk of pathogen transfer, we cannot accept returns on live animals once they have left the premises, except in confirmed clinical illness cases within the guarantee period.
• Rehoming: If you can no longer care for an animal purchased from us, we offer a rehoming assistance service.

For custom rainforest habitats and terrariums, the following payment terms apply:

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin design and procurement.
• The final balance must be cleared prior to delivery or collection of the habitat.
• Timeline estimates are subject to the availability of specialized plants and high-end hardware.
